1. LittleRedHeels - Carven Shirt Dress in Black
Won this from LRH's fb promo. I like that the dress makes a decent work dress - with cute ribbon-printed collars. Comes with a complimentary white belt but I can't use it at all because there's not enough holes :( Love the white belt though, I wonder where I can punch more holes on the belt, might be useful if I were to buy a belt hole puncher if I come across a cheap one.
- Functional buttons in front up till waist elastic band for easy wearing.
- No zip.
- Fully lined hence not sheer at all.
- Elastic banded at waist.
- Fits great.
2. LoveBonito - Ovitz Denim Bustier in Dark Wash Size S
The true colour looks abit off from the website. It is not reflective at all like the studio pics which looks kind of silvery navy colour. Anyway I have mixed feelings for this dress. If there is interested buyer I will be letting go.
- PTP is abit big at arm pit area.
- No inner lining but it is not sheer at all.
- Comes with side zip for easy wearing.
- Front comes with functional hooks.
- It is not as short as I have expected, thankfully it is still wearable, but not recommended for girls above 1.65m.
3. LoveBonito - Camila Corset in Sunshine & Black (Both Size S)
- Sizing runs slightly smaller than usual.
- Size S fits perfectly, there's no allowance at all at the chest and rib cage area, probably I have large rib cage, the part below waist fits nicely.
As a gauge, XS fits uk 4 best, S fits uk 6 best, M fits uk 8 etc
- Comes with adjustable straps that are not removable.
- A really nice basic top to own, love the eyelets especially.
- The sunshine colour is indeed vibrant.
4. Hollyhoque - Twin Cutout Long Sleeves Top, White
TheTinselRack - Fresh Picks Denim Hot Shorts, Dark Wash Size M
Top:
- Super love the cutting and the cut out shoulders, the slits are not too big.
- Always love to invest in basic tops like this. You'll probably be tired of me saying I love basics now hahaa.
- Loose fit and comfortable.
- It is a little sheer though and nude undergarment is a must. I feel it might be better to wear seamless undergarment because it's white and the top is cotton, it might stick onto your undergarment's outline and it won't look very nice. It actually depends on what kind of undergarment you are wearing though :P
Shorts:
- I sized up from my usual sizing since Joyce mentioned this is a mid-low waist shorts. The last picture shows approximately where I wear the shorts at, it's slightly above the hip bones.
- I'm glad I have sized up because I find the length is abit too short that I have to pull it as low as I can especially when sitting down. Perhaps this is a hot shorts so the length is slightly shorter than usual? Don't think I will feel comfortable wearing it high-mid waist >.<
- Size M is not loose at all, fits perfectly around hips.
5. Hollyhoque - 2-Pocket Oversized Denim Shirt, Light Denim
- A little oversized but still acceptable.
- Not true denim, I feel there's some cotton or other material mix, it actually feels cotton-ish to me. Perhaps it's just thin denim that's why it feels cotton-ish.
- I like to wear this layered best :P
6. Hollyhoque - Full Sleeves Skater Top, Fuchsia
- Colour is more true to HH's site but slightly darker irl.
- Elastic-banded at waist.
- A very nice babydoll cutting.
- Loves the fitted full sleeves.
- Not sheer at all.
7. FlyMeToParis - It's Reversible! Colour pop top, Black/Cobalt
- My first sleeved reversible top.
- Love the eyelet neckline loadsss!
- I like the cobalt side best with black eyelet outline, this is what attracts me.
- Not sheer at all.
- Super worth the $$.
8. Frockettes - Elora Dress in Prints
Sorry no full view pic at the moment :( my camera died on me without battery so can't capture the full length when worn. It's a tube maxi dress that ends around the ankle for me. It might be a midi for taller girls. I like this because no alteration is required. Almost 1/2 of the time I need to alter the length of my maxi dresses but not this. Super love the prints and silky material.

- Comes with anti-slip and side zip.
- Fits up till a uk 8 at most.
This is my first purchase with Frockettes and they have a nice customer service, very friendly (Y). Actually I joined the backorder but there's some problem with my zip and I can't zip it up. Coincidentally it's the Easter week and I had actually planned to wear it on the coming Good Friday gathering once I received this from BO. Imagine my disappointment when I can't zip it and I emailed them. Frockettes allowed me to do an exchange and even offered to mail me a new piece since they still have available piece, immediately the next day so I can receive the dress in time for my gathering. Even before I return this dress on hand to them.
Usually when I do exchange for faulty pieces with blogshops, the practice is that the customer need to mail back the faulty piece first, once the blogshop receives the faulty piece, then they mail out the new piece in return. Therefore am rather touched with Frockette's service hehe.
Yep and I actually received the dress the next day, I wonder what kind of mail they used, not sure if it is registered or next day delivery mail, can't remember because I received the replacement dress like super fast.
