Fresh morning workout
Since I'm having a week of CNY holidays, my sis and I climb out of bed around 5.30am this morning to go exercise. I love the morning air, before the sun rise, it's so fresh. In the future, we might have to go during the evenings instead due to my work and sis's school. It was a rare opportunity today to catch the sunrise from the dark till it's fully awaken; and we're super lucky that the weather is great today. It's truly gorgeous. Well I have to spend some time and start making exercise part of my life from today onwards because my health report isn't really good. It's been a long time since I last worked out. Yeah yeah and that goes to say I HAVE to CHANGE my diet too :(
You see, the problem is I have an extreme taste bud hahaa, that's the root of my problem. My meals are either extra salty or extra sweet. Eg: The sugar level of the bubble teas I drink is always the max, either 100 or 120%. There's a period of time I indulge in this everyday so imagine the sugar level inside me lol. For porridge, I got a habit of adding alot of soy sauce, by alot I meant until my porridge turns brown colour with soy sauce. I'm crazy right lol. I have sweet tooth, I love cakes, muffins etc. My colleagues say I have to stay away from these evil stuffs else my body will really fail one day hahahaa. I also don't really drink water, one day I drink less than a bottle, sigh. Well, enough of that, gonna post up some of the pictures I took with my phone during our morning run. Really happy with the quality of scenery pictures taken without a camera/DSLR.
