Some reviews before I hunt for a new skin!
1. HerVelvetVase - Hampden Peplum Lace Blouse, Puce (S)
Super loving this blouse!
Reason being - Peplum cutting + Lace + Strong shoulders
Recently it's all about peplum so has been crazy with peplum designs hehe.
The colour, puce is actually my last choice.
I actually wanted cream -> champagne -> navy -> puce
but I was a snail this time as I can't make up my mind between cream or champagne and finally everything were OOS hahaha so...even if puce is the only colour left, grab!
I was initially very worried that puce would be very hard to pull it off because I don't really suit orange/burnt orange tone...but I think it didn't turn out too bad lol.
Anyway this top is fully lined hence not sheer, except the sleeves which are not lined and made of lace.
Comes with side zip for easy wearing.
Fits great with allowances.
2. LittleRedHeels - Hooked Aztec Bustier in Aztec Print (S)
Besides peplum, it's also about aztec prints these days....
Can't resist aztec+neon lime-yellow zip.
It's my 4th hooked bustier from LRH -.-
Hope they don't have any other prints coming up lol.
Anyway for all my 4 hooked bustiers, I tooked Size S and it fits comfortably with allowances.
Except the floral denim in light wash the cutting is slightly smaller than usual so if you are hunting, don't size down for the floral denim piece.
Argh the pictures below, no idea why it keeps appearing this way when I uploaded all 3 with the jacket in an upright position zz.
Anyway this jacket quality is awesome. There is nothing I dislike about this jacket.
Thick and worth the penny spent.
I find the sleeves kinda too long though but not a problem as I always prefer to roll up my outerwear's sleeves.
Fully lined and smooth working zips.
4. Top: Hollyhoque - Scoop Back Crop top in Heather Grey
Bottom: Hollyhoque - Vintage Floral Aura Skirt in Khaki (S)
Top: Basic Crop top. Best worn with high waisted bottoms if you don't like showing your midriff.
Not sheer and able to wear with normal bra.
Forgot to capture a backview.
Bottom: Super gorgeous vintage floral prints as what it is named.
Comes with back zip for easy wearing.
Smoked at back near the zip area so it's a little stretchy.
Can't remember if it is lined. if I didn't remember wrongly, it's fully lined. Anyway it is not sheer.
Fit wise, it fits perfectly at high waist for me without allowance.
Problem is if I wear it high waist, it'll be too short a length for me :(
Therefore I will be letting this piece go and hunt for Size M.
Size S fits a uk 4 to small 6 better.
A regular to big 6 might find the fit either just nice or a little snug especially after meals.

Another chic and gorgeous aztec prints shorts.
Meant to be worn low waisted.
Sizing fits great and comfortable.
Thick denim shorts and not sheer.
6. Megagamie - Pocket Denim Tart Blouse in Pink Poppies
Can't decide to get this top or not and since I was at bugis + this top was on the rack, I took it and tried.
Am really tempted to get it though but had too many things on my buying list this month so I decided to wait.
Anyway I love the denim trimming + pockets and the pink poppies is simply feminine & pretty.
Material is nice and smooth.
Slightly sheer only, can't really remember but it's not something that I would worry about since it didn't catch my attention.
Fits great as an outerwear or simply wear it by tying a knot at the bottom :P
I like this skirt better than the previously launched fishtail skirt!
Sizing wise, I think it's more accurate.
The previous fishtail skirt I was stuck between S and M but chose M in the end as S felt too snug.
This time round the skirt in Size S fits great.
As for cutting, both skirts actually looks similar however this asymmetrical skirt is much more flowy compared to the fishtail skirt. Made of different material too. The outer chiffon layer has this sheerness which the fishtail skirt does not have.
It is retailing at $33.90 at kissjane and bought it home hehe the yellow is really nice when worn with a white tube.
The true colour of yellow from TTR facebook album is not true to pic. The true colour is slightly darker and brighter. Rather hard to capture the true colour.

8. HerVelvetVase - Nitro Neon Basic Pad Top, White (S)
You know I'm a fan of basics and this piece is not excluded lol.
Had both the white and sky blue piece. Shall do the sky blue review next time, anyway the sky blue colour is pretty unique, something like the smurf's blue instead of the cloudy light sky blue.
As for this white piece, it is ugly. with the shoulder pads.
Sorry but it's kinda the first time my heart sank after trying out this top.
The shoulder pads just doesn't fit this white top.
Because the white has some sheerness, you can see the shoulders pad popping out weirdly. Really weirdly.
I got so irritated that I removed the shoulders pad myself by cutting off the threads lol...
I prefer this much much better without the shoulders pad.
The sheerness of this top is not as bad as HH's A perfect Scoop Tee in white.
It's actually much more wearable to work with a nude undergarment.
My favourite piece! Too pretty to resist.
The turquoise blue-green base with florals+chiffon+pleats is perfect.
No zip.
Fully lined hence not sheer at all.
Prefer to wear this with a belt else it'll look too poufy without a belt to give definition to the waist.
My favourite denim shirt. Reviewed this before.
The light denim & the button colours are perfect.
We found this pretty little space and took a short break while figuring the way to YMCA.
After the short break, we were too hungry to walk to YMCA and to go to Epicurious as it's already 2.30pm plus and we do not know how's the crowd like. So we just settled down at JustAcia for lunch, another one of my favourite place as we can have free flow ice cream and drinks. Epic fail for our brunch plan.
Next time we really have to wake up earlier. and hopefully we don't get a bad weather. It'll just ruin the brunch plan :(
There's so many places we wanted to try out - Wild Honey, Riders cafe, Habitat coffee and much more!
Gonna go search for a place with satisfying brunch experience + relaxing environment to slack.

Anyway the review for AmberAvenue's Yvon Aztec Denim Shorts:
Super love the aztec prints.
The combination of white, blue + neon pink is just too pretty and the neon pink simply brighten up the shorts with it's popping pink shade.
Worn mid to high waisted, it covers my belly button (somewhere just on top of belly button).
Not sheer and fits great.
