Some reviews for today:

1. TheStageWalk - Contrast Trimmed Skater Dress in Navy/Orange

Was very lucky to have won this from TSW's facebook promo:)
I love this dress alot the moment I saw it in their preview album but I did not order this in the end because I had several skater dresses already so I thought I'll just try my luck with the FB like & share promo. If I get it then that's great, if I didn't get it means no fate with the dress >.>
Am delightful when the parcel reached me. This dress comes with a complimentary ribbon belt as seen above.
Overall I feel it's worth the buy, the quality is nice and comes with a free belt.
About the dress - What I like most is the orange contrast trimmings, yes that is the only detail that caught my eye.
No inner lining but it is not sheer at all.
Material is stretchy cotton with a nice thickness that is not thin nor too thick.
No zip for easy wearing, just slip the dress on and go :)
Decent length for me as well, fits great.

2. HerVelvetVase - Goldrush Knit Sweater in Champagne

My eyes were set on Black and Cream initially, but because I could not make up my mind, both went OOS the moment I decided on black -.- The only colours left were champagne and orange so I decided to try Champagne. Champagne colour is a dark nude colour. The top is a little sheer but I feel it's still alright to go without an inner top. The top is indeed pretty with the sequins bling bling every where!:)
However one thing is that, the knit top is scratchy and a little rough, I wouldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin. I had alot of knitted tops and rarely I had one that is scratchy. This is the only knit top that I feel is scratchy to skin. Feels warm to wear it under sun/warm weathers. Most recommended to wear it during rainy days/air-conditioned places.

KissJane reviews!

1. LittleRedHeels - LittleRedHeels - Pin-Up Polkadot Dress in Black (S)

- This caught my eye during the launch but I managed to resist it. Then I saw it on the rack and was tempted by it again although it looks like a nightie from the rack.
- After trying it, I was rather convinced to get it as the quality is pretty good and I'm satisfied so I bought it on impulse without thinking.
Then it struck me that I still have a similar TTTR's Everyday's Valentine SweetHeart Bustier Dress in Black under BO -.-
Alamak both also black and polka dots lol.
I saw the TTR Valentine bustier dress before at KJ and touched the material, I felt LRH's piece feels more luxe though. Perhaps shall wait for the BO piece to arrive then compare and decide which to keep >.>
- Size S fits great with allowance.
- Comes with side zip for easy wearing.
- Fully lined and non-sheer.

2. TheVelvetDolls - The Dahlia Boyfriend Blazer in Classic Black, Free size

- Only found black on the rack so took it to try the fit.
- If only it comes in sizes, I felt it looked oversized and shapeless. Might fit uk8 onwards better. However the boyfriend blazer cut compliments bandage-type inner wears (Y).
- Not sheer and light weight.

3. TheVelvetDolls - Springfling Denim Bralet in Dark Denim (S) and Cherry Print (S)

- The material for Dark Denim feels slightly thinner than the one in Cherry Prints.
- Comes with Side Zip.
- Buttons are non-functional
- No padding nor wirings.
- No lining but not sheer.
- Size S is perfect fit with very slight allowance, might consider getting Size M for more allowance.
- as a rough gauge, Size XS - uk 4; Size S - uk 6, Size M - uk 8
- Thinking of getting a second piece but can't decide between Dark Denim, light denim or the white floral piece.
Saw the light denim piece but didn't try it on as I was too tired, the colour is very sweet! No sight of white floral piece :(

4. LittleRedHeels - Dove Kisses Collared Top in Lilac Blue (S)

- Shall update more with my OTDs in future.
- Love this top but hesistated during the online launch because the collars look kinda high cut, don't really like high neckline.
- Saw this at kissjane's rack so took it to try. Oh yes I also saw Pixie Pintuck Blouse in Burgundy and Mint and Mario Flowers Blouson in blue on LRH's rack. Pixie Pintuck Blouse is of chiffon material and not lined, I feel the mint is sheer, the burgundy is also a little sheer but not as much as mint as burgundy is darker compared to mint. Between the 3 LRH blouses, I like this Dove Kisses Collared top best because of the quality, feels this top is most worth the $.
- Top is fully lined and not sheer at all.
- No side zip for easy wearing, only comes with a keyhole button back at the top.
- Collar doesn't feel suffocating as well.
- Sizing fits great and comfortable.

Love Bonito

3 items from Love Bonito and 1 from Reves.sg to review today, also received CWC's Alysen Ruffle Skirt in cobalt, but gonna continue it next time, feeling very tired today from work and medication.
Went back to the clinic just now for more flu medicine cos I finished all my medication from Monday's visit and my flu's not completely cleared yet. It's probably near the end stage soon, I hope! I had such a bad runny nose that my nose had blisters already LOL.

1. LoveBonito - Charlotte Corset, White (S)
Reves.sg - Cream Crotchet Circle Shorts
Top:
- Size fits me great with some allowance, very comfortable fit.
- Comes with a smooth back zip, so not too bad to zip it up by yourself.
- Not sheer.
- Comes with boning by the side, similar to LRH's polka dot corset.
- Straps are not detachable but it is adjustable.
- Bust is not padded.
Bottom:
- Slightly sheer, nude undergarments highly recommended as usual for light coloured bottoms.
- Fits great but find it a little little bit fitting for elastic band although it is stretchy. fits waist around 23" to 27" (or at most a uk8) comfortably.

2. LoveBonito - Kurtis Knit Top, Grey
Bottom - F21 - Aztec Tribal print knit skirt (for last pic)

- Yeah it's knit top again!
- Got a weakness for stripes and heather grey ;3
- Quality and thickness is better than I have expected. After carting out, I regret for a moment because from the pictures it looks really thin and see through especially the brown piece? But I'm glad this is not the case.
The grey is very slightly sheer only. Nude undergarments will do. The black stripes part is a little sparkly with the tiny sequins but not loud at all, perhaps can only be seen at close view else it's not very visible.

- The bottom is from F21, got it from Vivocity's branch. It's on sale, this skirt is only $19. Quality is pretty good too! I think the pic doesn't really do it justice, shall take OTD pics next week! :3 There's other colour range like coral and orange etc, at $15.

3. LoveBonito - Shelley Dress
(Please ignore my black straps...)
I think the one thing people would ask is - is the dress low cut...I would say definitely yes!
But I love the colour gradient and prints so much that I did not care less. The colours are gorgeous!! The design of the back is unique too unlike the usual spag cutting. I think some people will not like the smoked elastic band at waist though but its fine with me. Fits me great and comfortable. Comes with inner lining hence not sheer at all.
Bust is not padded hence bra is definitely a must. Straps are non-detachable but they are adjustable.

some ramblings and review

wahhhhh my flu worsen last night that I can't sleep at all, keep waking up, even when I had the drowsy flu tablet. It's actually because of the phlegm, which makes my chest feel suffocated, I have to breathe harder, and the burning throat - I finally lost my voice today. The best thing is tomorrow there's an important meeting and presentation.
Everything have not been going smoothly too this morning, made a trip to nearby polyclinic to visit doctor, but the queue for registration have to wait super long, at least a hundred people in front of me like omg.
Feels like my time gonna be wasted, so I left and went to another private clinic, reached there at 10am and they told me that they have stop accepting registrations because there're too many patients. Like seriously why is everywhere so crowded?! I just want to see a doctor and get over with it.
So no choice I have to make another trip again during the afternoon. Wanted to rest but can't. Feeling like a zombie now.
There's still another 1 hour left, shall use the time to do 2 reviews.

1. LittleRedHeels - Double Pocketed Forever Top, Midnight Blue (I kept saying Navy hahha =S)

Love this top, material is cotton which is not too thin nor thick, I like the thickness, like perfect. No inner lining. Not sheer at all. No zip no button, just throw it over your head and go :) Slouchy look. The v-neckline in front is rather low cut but it is adjustable by pulling the top towards the back.

2. CatWalkClose - Wynslet Ruffle Top, Crimson XS
(True colour is quite close to the above picture but is slightly darker.)

Everyone should own a piece of this top! The cutting is love. Chose Crimson because I don't have any red tops and this top did not disappoint. The crimson colour is very pretty, not too bright like popping. XS fits perfectly. Comes with side zip for easy wearing. Fully lined and not sheer at all. There's no elastic banding at waist. Comes with detachable thin sash and 2 belt loops at the side of the top.

Reviews

Fell sick recently again, having sorethroat and running nose, luckily no fever yet, hope it go away fast :( hate being sick because you'll feel so lethargic and no mood in doing anything. Just want to lay on bed and sleep.
Have not visit a doctor yet as I still have spare flu tablets and sore throat tablets to last me for one to two more days =S hate visiting and waiting at the clinic, then most of the time I know what kind of tablets doctor gonna give me, always the same old ones.
My sinus seems to be back too *screams*

Anyway, been lagging behind reviews hahaa, but I'll make it a point to make a compiled post at least every Sunday :)

1. Agneselle - Knitted Dress in Black

This dress was launched some time back but I did not get it until recently when AE had a sale bazaar at NTU and a friend helped me get it at only $20 :)
I really love the dress after trying it on and wonder why I did not get this earlier. The fit and cut is very nice, better than Missypixie's COLETTE Trimmed Knit dress. Missypixie's Trimmed Knit dress which I tried it at Kissjane - the dress is loose, long and looks shapeless on me, so AE's piece fits better.
This piece is non-sheer(for black), no inner lining, no zip and no elastic band. Very comfortable as well.

2. Hollyhoque - Loose Fit Assymetrical Hem Tee, Forest Green
Love basic tops like this which is always a keeper! Loose fit and the cutting is great.
Non sheer and no zip.

3. Klarra - Leopard Scarf
Been looking for a scarf that can let me tie a nice bow and this is it! Thickness is just great for Singapore, but will be too thin for cold weathers. Anyway this is a great accessory to own.

4. CatWalkClose - Athena Dress, White
Sorry the quality of the photos is not very clear, shall try to take better pics for OTD :)
Regret getting white because it does not show the details very clearly, should have taken lavender. But the white is very grecian-like. The dress is not elastic banded at waist. It comes with a detachable sash and 2 belt loops at the sides of the dress. Love the braided toga neckline! Although the dress is fully lined, I still find it slightly sheer hence nude undergarments is definitely a must. Overall fit for the dress is great, not loose nor tight.

5. LoveBonito - Gabriella Dress in Pastel (S)

Really gorgeous prints although the colours are duller in real life.
Chose the 'Pastel' shade because I like green tones. Green tones always make the piece looks more refreshing.
Luckily I did not size down to XS because Size S fits perfectly at bust and loose at waist, hence it looks kind of shapeless at waist in the pics but it's a very comfortable fit that I can even wear this to a buffet feast (Y).
Fully lined and not sheer at all. Comes with a side zip for easy wearing, straps are detachable.
Bust comes with anti-slip; no boning nor padding at all.
